Section 34
Passing Map
(1) According to section 33, when the chief administrative officer gives permission to construct a building, he must also pass the map of such building.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the chief administrative officer, when passing a map of a building, may make necessary additions and subtractions to the map in accordance with the physical development plan and the standards set in accordance with prevailing laws.
